About :
Monkeys huddle in great masses above the top of the screen, hoping anxiously to get to some simian homeland beneath the bottom. Their only safe means of passage, however, is a pole controlled by the player's mouse.

This is no ordinary pole, but one bisected into two segments -- a modification needed in order to periodically disengage the pole and maneuvre the segments around floating bombs which meander their way through the critical monkey escape route. The pole can sustain three bomb hits, at which point it tumbles to pieces and the monkeys find themselves stranded.

A further note on control of the pole segments -- the player controls only the top half of the pole directly, its vertical and horizontal movements corresponding to the player's mouse movements. The lower half responds to the ups and downs correspondingly but shunts aside to the right when the upper half moves left and vice versa in mirror image, allowing the player to create a clear avenue of sorts to move around the bombs as they float by. The poles only match up in the centre of the screen, at which point a backlog of clinging monkeys slide down vigorously.

Periodically bonuses also come down the thoroughfare, with bananas and stars endowing points and powers including temporary invincibility.
